軽く調べてみたところ、海外のタイムゾーンを利用する裏技的手法か、全部自力で入力するかの二択のようです。
月の最後の営業日に設定したい！となると自力で入力するしかなさそう。
なので、今回自力で入力したものを用意しました。
（月の最後の営業日の午前8時に「月末の通知」とリマインドする設定です）
